1. Quotes and Orders

All quotes are valid for 30 days. A site measure is required for final pricing. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

2. Installation

Installation timelines are estimates and subject to weather conditions. The client is responsible for providing clear access to the installation area.

3. Warranty

We provide a 10-year warranty on aluminium frames and a 5-year warranty on motors and electronics. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation errors under normal residential use.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
